Kelvin Chan is currently an Acting Infrastructure Maintenance Manager of the MTR Corporation. He has over ten years of experience in managing the maintenance and recovery of railway infrastructure. He has engaged in the successful opening of the South Island Line and the re-signalling of the East Rail Line.
