Monika Cain is a Project Manager at Network Rail for the Western Engineering and Asset Management team. She has spent the last 6 years leading implementation and development of key railway engineering decision support tools and innovative technologies. Monika has been acting as the Product Owner for the Railway Asset Identification System, managing requirements for extracting asset information and development of the tool.
