Richard is a Traction and Rolling Stock Engineer with almost 30 years’ experience in the Rail industry specialising in maintenance, overhaul and reliability projects. His experience includes but is not limited to commissioning new fleets, major reliability and maintenance/overhaul improvement projects. During his career, he has held roles from Production Team Leader to Management, Project Engineer and Director positions. He is currently Managing Director of T&RS Engineering, an engineering consultancy specialising in the maintenance and overhaul of traction and rolling stock based in Doncaster.
