Manfred Rieck

Manfred Rieck is Co-founder of the German Federal Quantum Alliance, a partnership of the government owned organizations and federal authorities Deutsche Bahn/ DB Systel, Bundesdruckerei, Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), German Federal Intelligence Service (BND), Federal Employment Agency (BA), German pension insurance and BWI, the IT service provider German Armed Forces. The group is focusing on the progress quantum computing, quantum sensing and on quantum cybersecurity aspects (PQC, QKD). It is their goal to act as a Think Tank for German government and to support the industrial usage of HPC and quantum computers as well as the structured introduction of PQC in government and industry.
