Martin is a principal delivery lead at the Oakland Group. He has over 20 years’ management and leadership experience, including data analytics projects at Network Rail. His current role is managing Oakland’s Intelligent Forecasting Product which combines real-world project data and machine learning analytics to provides insight and forecasting of infrastructure projects. Martin is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the IET, and has a Ph.D. in computational modelling. He has led organisations to achieve quality certification in ISO9001, TickITplus (software development quality), and ISO 27001 (information security)
