Martin Elstner

Director of Regional Maintenance Center, Czech Railways

Martin started on the railway as a train driver. He had the opportunity to go through several job positions in the maintenance management of rolling stock. He helped implement ECM rules as a project manager for the service department of a rolling stock manufacturer. Now he is the director of one of three a maintenance centers.
