Ian is the Franchise and Programmes Director for Greater Anglia (GA), he is leading a £1.4 billion transformation consisting of a full fleet replacement of 191 new trains along with hundreds of millions of pounds of infrastructure improvements to stations and depots across the Anglia network. He also leads the GA relationship with the Department for Transport, which currently involves navigating through the changing face of the UK industry as a result of Covid. In previous roles Ian has worked for 12 years as a Director in a number of UK rail businesses, and prior to that as a Management Consultant in the transport, finance and health industries.
