Head of Asset Management Strategy, Network Rail

A Chartered Civil Engineer and member of the Institute of Asset Management Council, Tim has worked in Asset Management organisations for 30 years. He started his career working on major capital projects and asset management at the Environment Agency. Tim joined Network Rail in 2008 leading improvements on Asset management that enable Network Rail to become increasingly effective and efficient in the management of its railway infrastructure as a best practice organisation. Tim is currently Head of Asset Management Strategy for Network Rail
